DELIVERY & SETUP:
Rentals over $2,000:
Delivery and set up are included within 160 miles (round trip) of our office in Russellville. Each additional mile is $1.00 per mile (round trip).
Rentals of $1,001 to $2,000:
Delivery and set up are included within 80 miles (round trip) of our office in Russellville. Each additional mile is $1.00 per mile (round trip).
Rentals of $500 to $1,000:
Delivery and set up are included within 60 miles (round trip) of our office in Russellville. Each additional mile is $1.00 per mile (round trip).
Rentals up to $499.99:
Delivery and set up are included within 20 miles (round trip) of our office in Russellville. Each additional mile is $1.00 per mile (round trip).
TERMS:
Minimum rental is $299.99.
A 40% deposit is required to secure booking of items and your date. Reserve early! Book your equipment well in advance to ensure your event's success and avoid last-minute fees. Call us at 501-529-9299.
DURATION:
Rentals are for 12 hours not including setup and break down time. Each additional hour (or fraction of an hour) is 9% of the total rental amount. Each additional day is half the cost of first day's rental. Special arrangements can be made for multi-day events. Any special arrangements must be made in advance and included in the rental agreement.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING:
Cancellations Greater Than Three Weeks:
For cancellations twenty-two (22) days or more before event deposits will be refunded by check less a $100 (hundred dollar) cancellation fee. Or client may choose to have their deposit held and apply to another booking without incurring any fees. This hold and apply option can be used one time.
Cancellations Less Than Three Weeks:
For cancellations within twenty-one (21) days of event, (including the 21st day) all sales are final and non-refundable. Rescheduling to a later date is considered a cancellation of the existing booking with the deposit being forfeited to pay for it, unless ATPO was purchased at the time of the original booking. To avoid loss of your deposit we highly recommend purchasing ATPO. ATPO is explained below.
Bookings made more than twenty-one (21) days in advance, require a 40% deposit (of total amount) to confirm booking. The remaining 60% will be charged on the 21st day prior to event date.
When bookings are made more than twenty-one (21) days in advance, and paying with a card, prepayment of 40% of your total booking amount is required to confirm your booking. The remaining 60% will be charged on the twenty-first (21st) day prior to your event, which is the last day before your purchase becomes final.
Rescheduling:
Clients may reschedule one time for free, on or before the twenty first (21st) day prior to their event. Any additional changes will incur a $50 (fifty dollar) change of booking fee unless ATPO was purchased.
Rescheduling within twenty-one (21) days of your reservation requires us to resell on short notice. Therefore it is treated as a cancellation which is subject to the no refund policy, unless you have purchased ATPO. If you reschedule within twenty-one (21) days of event date and have not purchased ATPO, the deposit for your first booking will be forfeit and you will need to pay for a new booking for your new date.
All rescheduling is subject to availability and potential price adjustments for the day of the week, seasonal rates, federal holidays, and/or special events. Refunds are not given when rescheduling to dates with lower rates. However, any credit may be used to rent additional items. All refunds will be made by check payable to the name on the credit card or money order. All deposits held will be forfeited if not used within eighteen (18) months of the original booking.
MAJOR HOLIDAYS:
The Big Six:
For these six major holidays the minimum rental is increased to $499.99. Discounts and/or specials do not apply for Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Christmas, New Years, and Valentines Day but package prices are honored. Due to high demand, these six holidays require full payment at time of booking. Cancellations and/or rescheduling times are increased to forty-five (45) days instead of the normal twenty-one (21) days. When these six holidays fall on Tuesday through Thursday these terms also apply to the weekends before and after these six holidays. Weekend is defined as Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Ability To Postpone Option (ATPO):
For clients who want the ability of changing their date after our 21 day cancellation and rescheduling period, we offer an Ability to Postpone Option (ATPO). The cost of ATPO is 10% of the total booking and is non-refundable. ATPO allows you to change your date one time, for any reason, as long we are notified by phone (or text) by 3:00pm the day before your event. In other words you must contact us 24 hours in advance. In cases of widespread, severe weather such as tornadoes, snow, ice, or floods you must contact us 12 hours before your booking. If you have not selected your new booking date, your deposit will be held for later use. Please advise us of your new date as soon as possible.
ATPO must be purchased at the time reservations are made. ATPO cannot be added later. If you use ATPO to change your booking, an additional ATPO needs to be purchased if you want to cover your new booking. Cost of a second ATPO is also 10% of the booking amount. Each ATPO fee covers one rescheduling. ATPO is valid for twelve months. Deposits held under ATPO will be forfeited if not used within eighteen (18) months from the original booking. ATPO fee is charged on the entire amount of your booking before tax.
* Tripod stools, barrel stools, cube stools and curved benches do not have back supports.
